Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to plumbing and sewer work performed by MLGC Group, Inc. dba VC Plumbing & Sewer, also operating as V.C. Plumbing, Inc. (“V.C.,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, booking a service call, or authorizing work, you agree to these terms.

Scheduling and emergencies
Regular scheduling is Monday through Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm. 24-hour emergency service is available; emergencies are triaged first. A website or voicemail request is not a confirmed appointment until we call you back and lock a time.
Quotes and authorization
Repairs are quoted on-site before work begins unless you have already approved a written estimate. Estimates for commercial work, tenant improvements, and new construction may be based on plans you send to info@vcplumbers.com. Quotes are valid for a limited time as stated on the estimate (or 30 days if none is stated) and may change if site conditions differ from what was described or visible at the time of quote.
Work starts when you (or an authorized agent) approve the quote. Additional work discovered after we open a system will be quoted before we proceed, except where delay would create an immediate safety or property-damage risk.
Payment
We accept cash, check, ACH, and all major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Payment is due as stated on the invoice or work order. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, and you are responsible for reasonable collection costs allowed by law.
Access and job site
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area and for securing pets. We are not responsible for finishes, landscaping, or hidden conditions we could not reasonably inspect before starting, including concealed piping, mold, or structural issues.
Permits, licensing, and warranty
V.C. is an Illinois licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractor. Where a permit is required, we will identify it and include or separately quote the cost. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we install; labor warranty, if any, is as stated on your invoice or work order. Satisfaction is guaranteed on work we perform, subject to the scope you approved.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Illinois law, our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost use of the property, except where the law does not allow that limitation. Nothing here limits liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any right you cannot waive.

Website content is for general information. Photos and project lists are examples of past work, not a promise that every job will look the same. We may change services, hours, or these terms. The “last updated” date will change when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts serving Cook or Kane County, Illinois, unless a different venue is required by law.
